IQVIA Biotech Solutions is currently looking for individuals with wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD) or diabetic macular edema (DME) who are being treated with EYLEA HD® to take part in a 60-minute telephone interview.

To thank you for your time and effort, you will be compensated $200 following completion of your interview ($150 for your time completing the interview and $50 for your time collecting documentation confirming your eligibility for the study).
